Our vision
After the international experiences in the kitchen and dining room areas, I understand that the basic hospitality is in danger of extinction.
The gastronomic culture has to be linked to the “grandmother’s cooking”; the one that makes us remember where we come from and why we started to love the dishes of our ancestors.
Common questions such as: What do I do if I lose the head chef? How can I motivate my team? How can I reduce costs or waste?… are some examples of why an external control makes your business have an identity; even if you have to redo the team constantly.
