About me
Since I was a child, surrounded by a nomadic hostelry family, where the knowledge after being in several Spanish cities had made them cook for different profiles; they instilled in me the interest for the culinary arts, based on the care of the product and the preservation of the stew or the homemade dessert.
Fraternal memories of cooking for family gatherings, and helping to make that day marked for everyone, by the typical flavors of the host; made the passion grow inside me.
If we add to this the opportunity to travel and to become culturally cultured in each of the countries I have worked in…we get the exotic global set that guarantees my experience.
To all this we can add the experience of more than 20 years between stoves and embers.
