Responsibilities

What You’ll Do:

  • Consistently engage in lead generation through gentle networking, open houses, and relationship-building activities to establish a steady flow of clients and contacts.
  • Conduct open houses where visitors feel welcome and informed, helping them feel at ease and providing valuable insights.
  • Guide clients with care through the buying or selling process, from initial consultations to closing, making sure they feel supported and confident in every decision.
  • Build trust through reliable follow-up and attentive communication, ensuring each client’s questions and needs are addressed throughout the process.
  • Participate in team training and coaching to continue developing your skills in ways that align with your strengths and values.
  • Stay organized using PLACE’s Brivity CRM to keep track of client interactions and make every connection count.

  • Real estate experience is welcome but not required

Recommended Background:

  • Background in customer service or another role focused on building strong relationships
  • Real estate license or a commitment to obtaining one
  • Ability to work with a high level of attention to detail and care
